How do I sign up for TrashCanApp?

Signing up is easy! Just visit our onboarding page, fill out the simple form with your information, and we'll have you set up within minutes. No long-term contracts required.

What areas do you service?

We currently serve the Zilker neighborhood and surrounding areas in Austin, Texas. We're expanding quickly, so contact us to check if we're available in your area.

How much does the service cost?

Our weekly service costs $5/week, premium service is $10/week. All prices are transparent with no hidden fees. View our complete pricing.

Can I change my plan later?

Absolutely! You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your service at any time through your customer dashboard. We believe in flexibility and making sure our service works for you.

What if you miss my pickup?

We take reliability seriously. If we ever miss a pickup, we'll come back the same day at no extra cost. Just give us a call or text.

Do you work in bad weather?

Yes! We work rain or shine. The only exception is severe weather that makes it unsafe. We'll always communicate with you if there are any delays.

How do I update my address?

You can update your address through your customer dashboard or by contacting us directly. We'll make sure the change takes effect immediately.

Can I pause my service?

Yes! If you're going on vacation or need to pause service for any reason, just let us know. We can pause billing and service for up to 4 weeks.
